Answer #1

In gardener's intellegence theory, there is the intrapersonalt type of intelligence, which deals with how much a person is aware of his own self. One example of a person who is high on this is Eckhart tolle. He has meditated for a long time and reach enlightenment and written several books. He talks of awareness of the mental states and how we react to them. He is completely conscious about why and how we think, and how these mental processes are involved in generating various emotional states. He advocates being in the present and being conscious of the present moment. In comparison to a avarage person, he has very high intelligence in this domain, as people usually think about the past and future and cannot access and be aware of their present states.
