A used car dealer purchased a car from Joshua, a 27 year old, The car was worth $ 26,000 but the dealer offered Joshua $ 17,000 and he accepted immediately. The dealer suspected immediately that there was " something a little strange" about Joshua at the time of the sale.Only four weeks after the sale Joshua is seeking to give the $ 17,000 back to the dealer and have the car returned to him. Advise the dealer as to what he should do. ( Assume that Joshua did not understand what he was signing to at the time of the contract.

Joshua is a complete adult without any mental or physical disabilities that prevent him from making reasonable decisions. Once a contract is signed it won't be reverted unless both the parties agree to do so. Joshua sold the car in question with all his knowledge, so he cannot say that he didn't understood the agreement completely besides, it's already too late as one month has passed. So, I would advice the dealer to make any decision he takes. If he wants he can return the car or he could refuse to give the cat back.
