INTRODUCTION

Key challenges affecting human services organization is the hesitation of the human being if we talk especially about human services in mental health than an individual who is having mental issues will not about that thinking of this is not important to deal with mental issues and this is normal. They do not genuinely talk about this and this is the reason it is affecting the organization.

To deal with this human services provider reaching directly to those who need help they are spreading awareness and bringing change and acceptance for mental health in society. And now people in Urban area trying to open up with there problem and keeping this in front of society and asking for help.
