Answer #1

Ans :

A good learning process that incorporates all the four components : input , means , output and outcome) is essential for an effective outcome.

The input is the component that includes what is being taught. Be it some process or any other thing , the input plays a major role.

The means of learning that how it is being taught or delivered to its learner is also important. The means if good , the process becomes effective , otherwise futile.

Output is the part that reaches the student or leaner through its means. Manier times the input is not correctly delivered to the student as such , which may hinder the outcome.

The outcome determines the success or failure of the learning process. This part makes clear that if the learning process was good or not.
