Head Start is a program of the United States Department of Health and Human Services that provides comprehensive involvement services for early childhood education, health, nutrition, and parent for children of low income families. We should continue funding such programs because they will uplift the weaker sections of our society, reduce the rate of juvenile delinquency, promote heath of the children of the USA the future, decrease economic problems of the marginalized community and hence empower the people of America and bring the marginalized sections of the society into mainstream.
