Anxiety is a state of apprehension about uncertain outcomes which contains fear, uneasiness , nervousness and anticipated threats. It manifests itself in the form of physiological as well as emotional symptoms or behaviour.Physiological aspect of anxiety include increased heartbeat, sweating , tingling sensation etc.Emotional aspect of anxiety include feelings of dread , anticipating worst outcomes, excessive worry, feeling blank or not being able to focus.It is caused when a person encounters a stressor , small or big and feels they cannot control the stressful situation. When anxiety becomes excessive to a point where it starts effecting a person's daily life negatively , making it dysfunctional, then the anxiety turns into anxiety disorders.
