The costs of juvenile delinquency are wide ranging and substantial. Do you think these costs justify spending money on delinquency prevention programs?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

The costs of juvenile delinquency are wide-ranging and substantial and they are rising as there are reports of increased gang activity. Street shooting, thefts of cars and other serious delinquency problems are on a rise. Thus to address this alarming issue we need to have delinquency prevention programs which are community-based services and which require spending more money on deprived families to avoid the development of delinquency.
