• The individual accepts the grief and acknowledges that there is no alternative way. Such acknowledgement helps him to bear the grief.
• The individual takes the fact that he must live and one can not live long with grief. Naturally it helps him to bear the grief.
• The relatives and friends come and console the grieving person.
• The neighbors and community members also help to reduce grief.
• Through social interaction the individual recovers grief and returns to the normal life.
• According to the course of time individual also experiences pleasant matters and these facts help to reduce grief.
• The individual spends much time with the family members and it helps to recover from grief.
