Law on termination-

If the allied contract does not specify, the employee or the employer are free to terminate an employment relationship. This can be done at any point of time.

Further, this can be done without any notice and also without communicating the reasons behind the termination.

Waknesses-

1- The employees' future is at stake.

2- The relationship between employee and employer does not grow.

3- Employer may face problems too.

4- It cannot be further treated in the court of law.

5- Bigger chance of the escape for the one who is at fault.
