Answer #1

Three things that I liked about this video are its short duration which grabs and maintains the attention span of a person.

Second thing is it is informative about how dreams are a result of memories. It tells us our unconscious projection through the manifestation of a dream.

It illustrates how brain chemistry changes and is educational regarding traumatic experiences and anxiety. It talks about befuddle science of mindfulness which is fascinating to learn about.

One thing that I learned from this video is the controversial nature of effects of psychedelic drugs on mental health patients. It took me by surprise to know how LSDs resulted in anti Vietnam war in the United States. How was there an influx of these drugs in early 70s in US.These drugs influenced not only the culture of US but also the minds of people.
