Answer #1

According to the theory of multiple intelligences by Howard Gardner, Interpersonal intelligence is the ability to communicate and understand other thoughts an direction emotions and respond to them accurately in culturally meaningful ways. The first image below intelligence quite poignantly as it shows two men working in a collaboration and with greater ease with each other. They are thus able to socially interact and communicate with each other through an effective medium because of the component of interpersonal intelligence.

Another type of intelligence called intraperosnal intelligence is the individual’s ability to understand his or her own emotional experiences, understand and accept failures and shortcomings and display a greater sense of self esteem and a higher self-concept in working towards one’s intrinsically driven goals. The second image in this text describes a state of high intraperosnal intelligence as the individual here is depicted as being in a state of total comfort with herself and she is shown to be nurturing towards herself ( raising a toast of champagne to herself) and display a relatively high self concept about her own abilities and skills.
