Answer #1

Felony murder is the murder done without any proper intention. It may occur in nervousness. In felony murder there may be other associations. But all are responsible for the murder. In the case the main murderer is given severe punishment in comparison with others. As for example, three friends plan to kidnap a person. When they are going to do so, one of the local persons identifies one of the friends. Then in a fit of fear and nervousness, the armed one shoots the person and he dies. In this case, the main accused is to get severe punishment and the other two get comparatively less punishment.
