Strict liability Crimes: These are those crimes in which criminal has no direct relation ( or have no proof of mens read) with that person with which he actually doing crime. Examples of strict liability crime is like selling drugs to minor. In this case salesperson has no relation with minor. Another example of this crime is Drunken Driven. In this case drinking driving may be prove threatfull to pedestrians or other people on road. In this case also drunken driver has no reaction with which he actually doing crime.

Strict liability are closely related with mala prohibita crimes. This is because mala prohibited crimes has no realtion with which he actually doing crimes.Examples of Mala prohibited crimes is copyright infringement, indecent expose. There is no actual relation between criminal and the affected people who are affected from these crimes.
