As we know, people suffering from eating disorders often develop anxiety disorder or vice versa .For example, a person who is suffering from Anorexia nervosa thinks that he or she is overweight . But in reality they are thin .These individuals often check their weight and change their eating habits .When they fail to get the results they develop anxiety orders .In get anxiety attacks and often become fearful of the situations . They started worrying about different type situations and scenarios related to their weight and eating habits .

Example of an eating disorder is Anorexia Nervosa and an example of Anxiety disorder is Generalized anxiety disorder.
