Feedback is considered as the negative aspect of psychological testing. It may affect the psychological al test positively or negatively both.

• Feedback may give motivation or control over distortion.

• Feedback may reassure individuals and lead them to the process in a more positive way.

• Feedback also provides a sense of empowerment in individuals.

• It also decreases any chance of bias and prejudices

• It is also legal an important to give the respondents feedback scores if asked.

• For some individuals, it is hard to accept the feedback and therefore it should be taken without any stress.

For example:

If a is undergoing to the psychological test and giving feedback his/her score may be high or negative. This may create tension and stress on them. Therefore it is very necessary to take the score of this feedback very positively and respond accordingly.
