Can the United States continue to be a leader in world affairs if our higher education is not competitive?

Introduction :-

United states is know as 1st world countries and fulfilled with all the eminities and resourses. Todays world no country is as powerful as America in competition of technology and education. No, doubt if higher education is not competitive than United states continue to be a leader in world affairs, because none other countries have that much calliber to beat USA.

But, in third large countries have lot off other resourses which make them stand in competition in world, like education make capable to all for this competitions.
