A song that I feel represents me and my life is ‘Guaranteed’ by Eddie Vedder. The song is sung beautifully and every line of the song is extremely meaningful. Some of the lines, from the song are:

“Don't come closer or I'll have to go/ Holding me like gravity are places that pull”

“Got my indignation but I'm pure in all my thoughts/ I'm alive”

“Wind in my hair, I feel part of everywhere/ Underneath my being is a road that disappeared”

I picked this song because it represents the soul of a human being whose ways of living and thinking may not be accepted by society, but it represents a communion with the natural world and freedom from social customs and conventions. This is what I dream of becoming someday and what I’m on the path towards.
