1. Panic disorder is an anxiety disorder characterized by reoccurring unexpected panic attacks whereas, Phobia is an extreme or irrational fear of something. Example: Acrophobia which is fear of heights.

2. Projection is an estimate or forecast of a future situation based on a study of present trends whereas displacement is a term used for the action of moving something from its place or position.

3. The id is the primitive and instinctual part of the mind that contains sexual and aggressive drives and hidden memories whereas the super-ego operates as a moral conscience.
