Answer- Cyrus II was known as a great leader of Sixth Century BCE. He conquered Medas, Lydia and Babylon. Cyrus believed that ideal kingship lead to rule fairly and generously. He was appreciated by those he ruled and conquered. The best example of his generosity is that he did not demolish the government of a city he conquered. He focused to keep the people of the city at calm and at peace. Due to his good qualities everybody respected him and felt honor to serve under him. He created the first charter of human rights and controlled one of the greatest empires. He had respect for all religions and cultures. He ensured that the people of his kingdom live in harmony. All these reasons made Cyrus one of the best and generous kings of his time.
