Spoken communication is more difficult because in that process our brain is doing two or more than two cognitive functions simultaneously and also engage the audience. In written communication, we have that leeway and comfort to think it through and thoroughly before sending it to its intended destination. I prefer spoken communication because we can use non-verbal communication methods more proficiently in this communication technique.
