From what I understand about the concept, I would classify a behaviour as ‘bullying’ if was carried out with the intention of causing discomfort to another individual, with no legitimate motive for doing so. Bullying can be both verbal and non verbal, and can be aimed at inflicting psychological and physical harm. Oftentimes, this behaviour is carried out by individuals who suffer some deficiencies in their personality, leading them to bully others in order to feel good about themselves.
