Which of the characteristics of Maslow's self-actualizing person can you identify with and which do you need to further develop within your own self-actualization process?

Self actualization is the highest growth the individual can have. It is about achieving full potential an individual can have and including creative ideas. I am in the stage of steem needs. These days T feel proud of myself about whatever work that I am doing, whetever investments that I have made. I have the feeling of accomplishments. As per the self acutalization theory I do include creative ideas in the work, I have started doing the regular work creatively so that it removes boredom from my mind and also it is necessary to concentrate. But I have not achieved the full potential.

Since I have got child, I am married I have had house hold responsibilities. Hence managing time is a big task for me and I am not able to give full time to my career life. But I will manage it soon since I have to learn how to manage time, how to manage the feelings, how to control the feelings etc.
