2. Authors should demonstrate their point with a case study or two. If empirical evidence is available, then their argument becomes even stronger. Testimonials offer another way to back up an author’s claims.

3. The skeotic ir resistant audience maybe in need of additional and detailed information to change their views. The author can provide them with enough information so as to drive home their point.
