Social needs of Human being related to social heirchy like power, prestige, status .Wheather Innate need of huamn is freedom , make self competent , getting love , affection, respect, mentally strong and healthy , emotional stable etc .

In Maslow hierchy of motivation , he catagorised human needs in five ways

1.Biological needs :Human being first need is biological or physiological needs like food which is utmost.Untill fullfilled this needs, he can't think further.

2.safety needs which means find out shelter to protect him self .like personal security, finincial security.

3.Love or beloningnsss:then people are getting hunger to get more love, affection, and sympathy from others social being, intimacy

4.Self-Esteem :this needs are related to prestige, social identity of human being, attention

5.self actualization is highest stage which means level of desire where man wants everything and try to get accomplishment.

So it is clear that firstly human being fullfilled his innate needs like biological , or psychological needs then he can think social needs like prestige, social recognition, and to make him self actualization.

On the other hand self determination theory defined innate need like competency means to controll over experience, autonomy to related of freedom .

Where social needs is good occupational and educational achievement.
