Is whistle blowing an unethical activity? Should employees undertaking such behaviour lose their jobs?

Answer- Yes, whistle blowing is an unethical activity and should not be practiced in an organization either private or public. Through whistle blowing, people show their irrelevant behaviour without speaking up. It may damage the image of a person infront of the managers and other employees. There should be strict rules for avoiding such behaviour in an organization. Employees who are engaged in such activities should be warned and asked to leave their unethical behaviour for the betterment of themselves as well as the company.
