Beacause, in Alternative Dispute Resolution method the arbitration decision is the final Decision.This decision can not be appealed. So everybody needs to follow the decision strictly unless nonbinding arbitration.

Nonbindiing Arbitration

In some special cases, the court may order Nonbinding Arbitration. It means the party is not fully satisfied with the decision of the Arbitration. In this kind of special cases, there is a right of Appeal .

Otherwise there is absolutely no right of appeal. The decision of the Arbitration is final and everybody need to follow the decision. So we can conclude that, this above statement is absolutely True.
