As they believe that performing their chosen actions has more benefits than costs. The rational approach to decisions has the pros of basing the decision on scientifically obtained data, allowing informed decision-making, reducing the chances of errors, distortions, assumptions, guesswork, and subjectivity. Thus reducing the chances of all major causes for poor or inequitable judgments
