Recreation is something an activity which one indulges in when they do not have any work.

Leaisure is time on hands which is free

Play is indulging in activities for fun with no practical or rational aim in mind, but for jolity

All the definitions have one thing common which is that they are done for a persons recovery of mental mind

The differences is thst leisure is different from both in the sense that it is not necessary that leisure involves any physical activity, but it could be resting as well.

And the difference between recreation and play is that the former is something more of what an adult would indulge in and the latter is soemtthing that a child would indulge in
