Texas Governor is the chief executive of the state. He makes policies, he appoints the secretary of the state, member of board and commissions. Therefore he should be honest for his responsibilities and while making the appointment doesn't get bias, he should do this work very wisely, because his appointments can change everything. He should have good vision of the future, he should be aware of current problems, so that he can make good policies to overcome from the problems. He should be courageous for the decision making, because the future of the state is totally depend on his decisions.
