The units of normalization contant is given by L^ -3/2 . And of course square of this constant has dimension of L^ -3 . According to Born interpretation the mod square of this normalization constant gives us probability density of the particle I.e the probability of finding the probability with in range dr centered at r .As we know probablity is a dimensionless quantity and to find it we integrate all space or over some volume (interested reregion) ,thus to probability to be a dimensionless quantity ,the dimension should be like as above written.
