Thick lens with R1=-4,5 cm and R2=3,6 cm . Refraction Index is 1,56 and thickness is 3,6 cm

The question the distance from the vertices to the principal planes and the distance from the vertices to the focal points. I cant identify the focal points and principal planes

The solutions are : r=4.75;s=3.79 in the first part of the questuin and ffl=-8.46;bfl=16.98 in the second part of the question, but I cant to these results.

I am having a hard time understanding the a thick lens with both negative radius, what type of lens is it? I am used to calculate the biconvex lens, but this one I cant understand very well.
