I enjoyed most, learning about​​ The conservation of Energy. This conservation law tells that for any isolated system, the total energy of the system remain unchanged. Without external agent, change in total energy of the system will be zero. It may change it's form from one form of energy to another like from potential energy to kinetic energy.

It does even apply on universal scale. Like if we consider our universe to be isolated, meaning no exchange of energy, then the energy of the universe never decrease or increase. It just get transferred from one body to another. For example: some amount of energy due to nuclear fusion in sun is getting changed to light, which we further use in all form of life.
