a)when acceleration is constant that means velocity is increasing in a uniform rate .acceleration is rate change of velocity ,so that rate of change is constant that means velocity is changing at a constant rate.

b) velocity is a vector having magnitude of speed and as well as direction where as speed is just a scalar quantity velocity has magnitude as well as direction .

c)in circular motion there is a constant acceleration ,force towards radius (mv^2)/r.if speed and radius is doubled,force becomes (m*(2v)^2)/2r=2(m(v^2))/r force and acceleration increases by two times.
