A health risk assessment (HRA) is a questionnaire that evaluates an individual’s health risks and quality of life.

Health risk assesment provide the knowledge about the the health issue of the group of workers that helps to remove various health issue and used for the recovery so it will help directly to the workers and the organisation. Moreover important thing is that it will generate the awareness among group towards their health issue and overall decrease the health issues.
