All objects everywhere are affected by all other objects elsewhere. According to Newton's Law of Gravitation, the force is inversely proportional to the square of the distance between the two objects.

The Moon, at a distance of 384,400 kms, exerts very little force as compared to the Earth, on a satellite. Reason is: Satellites are closer to earth as well as mass of Earth is more than Moon.

For example: Satellites are merely few hundred kms to few thousand kms distant from the earth. So, satellites are in more influence of Earth's gravitational field & force than that of Moon. And Moon is having negligible impact on these satellites.
