A particle with a mass of 5 mg and a charge 5 mC of enters a uniform magnetic field with initial kinetic energy (T) And follows a circular path. After making seven complete revolutions (cycles), the particle's kinetic energy equals:

Answer #1

Since we know that when a charged particle follow a circular path in a uniform magnetic field. Then the magnetic field does not change the speed of charged particles.Because the magnetic field applies a force perpendicular to the velocity.hence the magnetic force can't do work on the particle. As result the particle can't change its speed and kinetic energy.

so after making seven complete revolution (cycle) the particles kinetic energy is equal to its initial kinetic energy (T)
