Here is what I solved before, please modify the figures as per your question. Please let me know if you have further questions. Ifthis helps then kindly rate 5-stars.

A parallel-plate capacitor is made from two aluminum foil sheets, each 6.3 cm wide and 5.4 m long. Between the sheets is a Teflon strip of the same width and length and that is 0.035 mm thick. What is the capacitance of this capacitor? (The dielectric constant of Teflon in 2.1)

The parallel plate capacitors with adielectric is C = k ?0 A /d

                       where A is the area of the parallel plate A = 0.063 m * 5.4m

                                                                                                      = 0.340 m2

                                                           distance d = 0.035 *10-3 m

                                                     C = 2.1 * 8.85 *10-12 * 0.340 / 0.035 *10-3 m

                                                         = 180 .5 *10-9 F
