At equilibrium, buoyancy must equal the gravitational force

Buoyancy : 1(water density) V' g

Gravity : 0.917 Vg

V'g= 0.917V

V'=0.917V.

In other words, the volume immersed in the water is 91.7% of its object volume. Therefore the answer is 92%
