Answer #1

renewable energy:

the type of energy whose source is replensihible.

example: solar energy, wind energy etc.

can it be cheap?

the energy product efficiency and cost are proportional to each other.

finding materials which are efficient to harness the power of those replensihible sources will eventually lead to production of more efficient and more cost effective system to produce these energy.

can it be effective?

if we can increase the efficiency of harnessing and storing the energy, it will be effective.

is it practical?

currently technological limits are there which limits the amount of renewable energy produced.

with the technological advancements, more efficient systems can be designed.

with the current rate of technological evolution, it does not seem impractical to expect such systems to exist in near future.

so yes,it is prctical.
