In a game a few years ago, two football players crash into each other during a tackle. The first player (mass 115 kg) is traveling at 5.78 m/s, at an angle of 49.4 degrees south of east. The second player (mass 98.0 kg) is traveling at 7.94 m/s, at an angle of 40.4 degrees north of east. The two players then collide, and stick together right after the collision. Define north as positive y and east as positive x.

A. What is the x-component of the players' velocity, right after the collision? Hint 1: the players will have the same velocity right after the collision because they stick together. Hint 2: you will need to break the initial velocities up into components.
m/s

B. What is the y-component of the players' velocity, right after the collision?
