displacement of an object at instant time is instantaneous velocity. That is velocity at that instant. It changes in every instant.

But if the motion is uniform that is the motion is in constant velocity then velocity at all instants will be the same. The instantaneous velocity and average velocity will be equal. In this case displacement of object in instant time can also be average velocity. But this is only a special case.
