Essentially, the black hole is producing an infinitely deep gravity well on the sheet. Golf balls would interact differently with the black hole than photons mainly because of the difference in their speeds. We could mark a golf ball event horizon and a photon event horizon. Would they be the same? Why/why not?

Since black hole is producing infinitely strong gravity.

They attract every body towards itself.

Comparing photon and golf ball

We know that photons travel with ultimate speed ie speed of light and have zero rest mass

Whereas golf ball cannot attain a velocity comparable to speed of light even with providing large amount of energy

So hence gravitational attraction experience by golf ball is much larger as compared to with photon

Hence golf ball has more larger event horizon as compared to photon
