a) What is the electric field at a point 6.1 cm radially from the axis of the cylinder at t = 0.666667 s? Answer in units of V/m.

(I was able to solve a as E=1.2337e-6 but I still need help with the part b. I am completely lost with part b).

b) A coil of 280 turns and radius 8.8 cm is concentric with and in the central plane of the cylinder. How much power is being dissipated at t = 1.2 s in a 81 Ω resistor connected across the ends of the coil? Answer in units of W.
