A carnival has come to a town near you and is getting ready to open! The ride with the swinging chairs is assembled but the operators have lost the manual with the safety specifications for the ride. They have reached out to you, an expert in physics, for help so they will know how to safely operate the ride. When you arrive at the carnival, you see that the ride consists of a 6-kg chair that which hangs freely from an 8.0-m long chain attached to a pivot on the top of a tall tower. When a rider sits in the chair, the chain is hanging straight down. The rider is then harnessed to the chair with a 3-point harness. When the ride starts up the chain rotates about the tower. Soon the chain reaches its maximum speed and remains rotating at that speed. The maximum tension the chain can endure before breaking is 1200-N. The posted signs for the ride has a weight limit of say that the maximum weight is 68-kg per chair. What is the fastest RPM value for the ride to be run at to for the chain not to break?
