There are multiple reasons why galaxies may “get older” at different speeds. Pick one and explain how it negatively affects the ability of a galaxy to “live” (be forming new stars).
The Current models to study cosmology is mostly bases on the theory of big bang. After 300000 recombinaton started making helium and hydrogen. Since hydrogen was in large amounts and presence of helium eventually resulted in the anisotropic irregularities. This resulted in larger structures which is known as Galaxy. Now each of the galaxy depending upon the anisotropy will be having different speeds. If the speeds of galaxies are small it can't create the required density to form stars. Thus the lifespan of galaxy decreases. The galaxies at low speed are more likel to become dwarf galaxy. Higher speeds gaurantees more anisotropy leading to formation of more stars. This will increase the life span of the Galaxy. This will be an active galaxy.
