According to newton first law i.e law of inertia.

States that if a body at remains at rest unless and untill any external force is acted to change its position hence as per the law we can see that only one option satisfies the rule i.e option B hence when a force will act on that body its position will chnage and newton's law will be followed.

So our answer is option B.
