You have a pair of lenses, L1 (with f=+6.0 cm) and to the right of L1 is L2 (with f= -6.0 cm), and they are 8.0 cm apart. Describe the image that you get for an object that is 2.0 cm tall and 12 cm tothe left of L1.

Part b) do parallel light rays coming in from the left at L1 end up as parallel light rays coming out from the right of L2?

Part c) describe the image that you get for an object that is 2.0 cm tall and 12 cm to the LEFT of L1.

Thanks so much in advance. I know the answers to these question but I want to see the steps on how to get them and possibly the drawings.

A answer) 12 cm to the right real image, 6 cm tall so enlarged and inverted

B answer) no , in fact they converge to a point 3 cm to the right of L2

C answer) The image is real 12 cm to the right of L2, 0.67 cm tall so diminished and inverted.
