As we know, the frequency of the sound noise depends on the velocity of the sound wave. and the velocity of the sound wave is directly proportional to the frequency of the wave. and mechanical properties that may affect the velocity of wave are pressure, temperature and density of the medium,

so in this way the mechanical properties is related to sound noise frequency.
