Yes theory of relativity is real and we can see the proofs of these theories now a days with scientific experiments.

In special theory of relativity the speed of light is center of the discussion. Where speed of the light is limit of travelling beyond that speed nothing in universe can travel. Time , energy will be distrubed due to the high speed of an object .

In general theory of relativity space time curvature bends due to gravity . So space time curve can determine the energy and mass of an object .
