Answer #1

Gain in dB=60dB

NOTE-> ALL CALCULATION OF LOG AND ANTILOG IS DONE WITH BASE 10 .

av= 20*log(Av) av= gain in dB

av=60dB

Av=?

60=20*Log (Av)

3=Log (Av)

Taking antilog on both side

Antilog(3)= Av

1000= Av

Voltage Gain(Av) = output voltage /input voltage

1000= output voltage/ input voltage

1000*input voltage = output voltage

Input voltage =1uV (micro volt)=10^-6V=1/1,000,000V

1000*1/1,000,000= Output Voltage

1/1000 V = output voltage

10^-3 Volt = output voltage

1mV = output voltage or 1000uV

We constantly seem to be pricing ourselves out of some markets and not charging enough in others. Our pricing policy is pretty simple: we mark up our full manufacturing cost by 50%. That means a computer that costs us $2,000 to manufacture will sell for $3,000. Until now I thought this was a workable approach, but now I’m not so sure. Steve Works, CEO, Cortland Manufacturing, Inc. (CMI) Steve’s Controller, Sally Nomer, had just told him that she believed the...
